She did a great job at finding the balance of communication for me and for my wife. I want to be told exactly how it is and be given nothing but the facts. I was more interested in the function of the house, whereas my wife was more interested in the look and feel. She needed Margaret to ease her worries about first time home buying and offer ideas about how to make each house a home. Margaret did a phenomenal job of meeting both of our needs and communicating to each of our styles. Throughout the process, she truly kept our interests in mind and offered advice that best suited our wants. She even talked us down to a lower number on an offer rather than pushing us into making a poor decision on a house. Margaret is easy to talk to and makes this stressful process into a fun adventure.
